Our Quiet Weekend!

It has been several weeks that I have not updated the blog. We have been hectic with our home, water heater broke and wet the laundry room area. Well...staying home while fixing the damaged area is not bad...just loud noise....

Our weekend was pretty much quiet at home, cleaning and enjoy apple picking at our old house... Then David left all holed apples for deers behind the fence...This morning, several deers came and enjoy munching apples...

Oh! Sunday we went to Powell festival at American Indian reservation right by Placerville...ate Indian taco and took some pictures to share..

Kenzie just got an idea to go behind the back door on Sunday evening. That was what David, Kenzie and Zoe' did. They went out through the fence door and picked wild blackberry...I had to thank Kenzie for the idea... The wild blackberry is very very sweet...There is no sour taste at all...

Summer Fun in Napa Valley

Summer weather is here at Sac town, David & I decided to visit Napa Valley and Sonoma over the weekend! We stayed at Meritage Resort At Napa, a very lovely resort hotel surrounded by grape vineyard. This trip was fun for both Kenzie and us, I and David. Kenzie had a chance to take a miniature train trip at Train Town in Sonoma, and we had a chance to celebrate our anniversary.

4Th of July

Thank you for checking back with us again...

4Th of July comes again, David, Kenzie and I had so much fun during the weekend...My sis, Pensri hopped in the plane and was with us during the holiday to celebrate the Independent Day...

The weather was hot enough to enjoy a great outdoor around Rancho Cordova.... and must say that Rancho Cordova did an excellent job on firework...There was about half an hour long for the firework display...we, especially Kenzie, were all enjoy watching

First 09 Camping Trip

Hello Everyone!!!

Thank you for taking a peek at my very first blog! I believe this blog will help me stay in touch with my new tech friends, and, of course, to stay in touch with all my old friends. Our first camping trip this year to Alta, CA, with great group of folks from the Unitarian Universalist Community Church, was exceptional. David and I both enjoyed meeting with new friends, exploring the northern California Mountains, and communing with nature. Kenzie was so excited to be in the tent and he tried hard to spot a shooting star. I do not think he saw one this time, but he did make some wonderful new friends during his stay and he enjoyed roasting marsh mellows and camp fire music. What a thrill for 4-yrs old boy (and we liked it too)!!! Many campers went hiking up the mountain side, but we decided to drive up instead...well, I think this was so cool...check out the Fence in Motion (see pictures)... Thank you for checking in my blog and I promise to will fill in all of our summer adventure here periodically.
