First 09 Camping Trip

Hello Everyone!!!

Thank you for taking a peek at my very first blog! I believe this blog will help me stay in touch with my new tech friends, and, of course, to stay in touch with all my old friends. Our first camping trip this year to Alta, CA, with great group of folks from the Unitarian Universalist Community Church, was exceptional. David and I both enjoyed meeting with new friends, exploring the northern California Mountains, and communing with nature. Kenzie was so excited to be in the tent and he tried hard to spot a shooting star. I do not think he saw one this time, but he did make some wonderful new friends during his stay and he enjoyed roasting marsh mellows and camp fire music. What a thrill for 4-yrs old boy (and we liked it too)!!! Many campers went hiking up the mountain side, but we decided to drive up instead...well, I think this was so cool...check out the Fence in Motion (see pictures)...
